This mixed use model allows you to underwrite a condo and retail development opportunity over a five year hold. It also gives you the ability to turn off the retail component entirely if you just want to simply look at a condo development opportunity only.
The model contains a total of 9 tabs, which includes a Control Room, Summary Overview, Annual Roll Up, Condo Inputs, Retail Inputs, Budget, Monthly Cash Flow, a Customized Monthly Cash Flow, and Waterfall tabs. This video will provide you with a comprehensive overview of each.
